Fourthwalling: Since he is a historical character, feel free to point that out, or make mention of reading of him in a history book. But don't point out he's a character on a TV show.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): None. I am the least-offended RPer.
Hugging this character: You can try. He might reciprocate if you're close.
Kissing this character: Sure, but he won't be happy unless he kisses first.
Flirting with this character: Go ahead. It'll give him an ego boost.

Injuring this character: All injuries are fine, but anything permanent like losing a limb will need to be discussed.
