He pauses for just a moment before answering Rey, trying to sound neither too serious or too much like he was joking.]

[A concerned and confused look danced across her face, wondering what made it 'interesting' that her two friends were here. Or why she had to clarify that they were all friends.]

Yes, just friends. Even BB-8 is here---he's a droid, a uh, robot. I wasn't expecting to see any of them here.

[There's a pause from her, debating if she really did like the design...or maybe she preferred Ivar's company? It was hard to say.]

It's interesting. This.. [She gestured to her hair.] It looks nice, but..I don't know, maybe a bit too formal? But, I wouldn't mind learning more from you. [A pause as she started to smile a little.] I like learning from you.

[Ivar feels very relieved when Rey clarifies she's just friends with them. It's just that she's got two handsome men that she's friends with. He has to keep an eye on that...for reasons. Yes, that's his story and he's sticking to it.]

I did meet both of them briefly after they first arrived. But I'd be up for meeting them again.

[Well, that's something of a shocker. But, if everyone is still alive, then she can only surmise they all got along well enough. She would like to think they would all get along and become friends. That shouldn't be too hard to do, right? Besides, she was a good judge of character.]

[He liked the man as much as Ivar ever liked anyone. But now would come the judgment now that he knew Poe had a connection to Rey.]
